Refund and Return Policy

Most new products ship with a full manufacturer warranty. All warranty claims must be processed directly through the manufacturer. Other products come as-is with no warranty. Please contact our sales department for more information. All sales are final.

If we erroneously sent you the wrong item: we request that you contact us immediately to notify us of the situation and if item is returned to us within 10 days of receipt we will either replace the product or give you a full refund. We cannot replace products that have been used unless they are covered under a manufacturer's warranty, in which case we may request you send it directly to the manufacturer.

Our inventory changes on a daily basis. While we make every attempt to make sure the information on our website is correct, Tombstone Tactical will not guarantee that titles, pictures, or descriptions on our site are error free. We reserve the right to cancel any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the price or description. In the event that an order is cancelled, we will not charge the customer and we will return funds in full if payment has been sent.

If you would like to purchase an item that is not currently in-stock, a 10% deposit is required to secure your order. This deposit is non-refundable unless the item ordered is discontinued or cannot be acquired. Deposits may be transferred to another item if the manufacturer is unable to deliver the product to us in a timely manner. In the event of order cancellation, a 10% restocking fee will apply.

Some products may have extended delivery times. A deposit does not gaurantee the price for your order. In some instances we do need to adjust the price if the cost for the item has increased. You are encouraged to contact our sales department for an approximate delivery date. Refunds are at our sole discretion.
